Project: A redevelopment scheme to strip out and redevelop an existing bar & restaurant, creating a developers shell to suit the requirements of the future tenants specification.

Lucas Lee & Partners were appointed to undertake the design and specification of converting a 4100 sq ft former bar and restaurant, into a developers shell meeting the requirements of a uk leading supermarket chain.

Lucas Lee & Partners were to also act as contract administrators and CDM Regulations 2015 - Principal Designers to provide a bespoke solution and a turnkey package for the development to meet the specific requirements set by the future tenant.

Lucas Lee & Partners were responsible for design, specifying, tendering and managing contractors and obtaining relevant statutory consent. We were also responsible for updates and changes throughout the works, having our own internal design team meant we had the ability to update and change the design ensuring our clients needs were met but also ensuring the tight programme was achieved and managed along with critical deadlines.
