Lucas Lee were appointed to assess the feasibility of converting a 160,000 sq ft former light industrial unit and warehousing facility prior to freehold acquisition.
Lucas Lee were appointed by the end user to act as Contract Administrators in providing a bespoke design solution for office accommodation, open plan vehicle storage and a Class 2 MOT centre.
Lucas Lee provided several bespoke standard packages for each element of the contract to ensure a tight programme was achieved and managed several costs centres and individual contractors simultaneously to deliver a bespoke solution within existing site constraints.
