We conduct detailed site measure surveys and use both AutoCAD and Revit to 3D model our client’s projects ensuring planning application drawings and submissions are accurate and well presented.

Using CAD, we provide clients with the necessary support for Local Authority Planning applications with our extensive knowledge of up to date and ever-changing planning legislation, which gives us the advantage of driving through applications and achieve successful outcomes.

These CAD facilities also provide clients with early space-planning skills during a project’s feasibility stage when its viability is being decided.
