Lucas Lee were appointed as Principal Designers and Project Managers for a 15 bedroom extension of a hotel/public house located in the hills of Sowerby Bridge.
As Principal Designers, Lucas Lee worked closely with the client to ensure all requirements and preferences were met.
As Project Managers Lucas Lee ensured all Statutory Approvals were sought including Planning Permission, Building Control, CDM Regulations and specialist services works.
